How does the delivery process work ?

If you place an order before 11am, we will process the order on the same day.  Any order places after 11am will be processed on the next working day.

We will pack the product and handover to our trusted Delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you as soon as possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address, or at a suitable time, they will contact you. 

Does The COLORIST Beauty Maven deliver outside of India?

While we’d love to, we currently only deliver within India.

What does Out Of Stock mean?

Out Of Stock means the product is currently unavailable in the Colorist Beauty Maven's warehouse. We will take every effort to stock the products as early as possible.

How do I place an order?

Shopping with The COLORIST Beauty Maven is easy

1. Log on to thecoloristbeauty.com

2. To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Bag' with your desired quantity.
3. If you have an applicable ‘Coupon Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully selected / entered the code.

When you're ready to place your order:

4.. Click on ‘Checkout’.
5. Please fill in your preferred Shipping Address 
6. Select your desired Payment Option. After providing the details  click on ‘'Continue'’ to proceed with the payment.

You will receive a confirmation whatsapp/email message shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

How do I exchange my order?

The product can be exchanged only if it delivered with the damaged condition.  Please take the opening video when you receive the product and if it is in damaged condition, then the product can be returned/exchanged.
